Boundless Media (Becky Guiles) shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Bundle, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

You acknowledge and agree that Boundless Media (Becky Guiles) does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to financial success or a particular level of income. 8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York state and the state you are buying from.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Boundless Media (Becky Guiles) regarding the Bundle and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

10. Changes to the Terms

Boundless Media (Becky Guiles) reserves the right to change these Terms at any time by posting the revise terms. Your continued use of the Bundle after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

There are no refunds for non-use of the Membership or for inactivity within the platform. It is your responsibility to cancel your Membership if you no longer wish to access the service.  

13. Cancellation: 

You can cancel your Membership at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided within the membership platform or by contacting us directly at [email protected] . To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your Membership at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of your renewal date will not be eligible for a refund of that month's fees.
